Erin’s practice encompasses a broad range of public finance matters and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and structured financings. She has experience in asset-backed securitizations and other corporate debt, regularly drafting and negotiating credit and loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memorandums. Erin represents companies in a variety of industries, including financial services and aviation.

Prior to joining Mintz, Erin was a transactional associate in the Transportation and Space Group of an international law firm, where she worked on multibillion-dollar acquisitions, note issuances involving asset-backed securitizations, and credit facilities.

While earning her JD, Erin was a legal intern in the US Office of Special Counsel and a project assistant at a global immigration law firm.

Before attending law school, Erin worked as a paralegal in the Cardiff, Wales office of a global law firm.
