Isabella focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She works with companies in a variety of industries, including technology, digital & social media, artificial intelligence, and health care.
While earning her JD, Isabella was selected as a Google Legal Scholar, where she worked with attorneys at Google and an outside law firm on issues related to law and technology. She also gained experience in several summer associate and legal associate positions at tech companies and law firms. While working at Salesforce, she conducted research on artificial intelligence product agreements and reviewed diligence documents. At a nonprofit using AI to streamline contract reviews, she labeled M&A agreements to help build an open-source AI dataset to train an AI algorithm to identify key provisions in M&A contracts. At a national law firm, she assisted with contract and transactional matters, drafted motions, and researched legislation.
Before attending law school, Isabella worked as a product manager. During her time in product, she built mobile games at NBCUniversal, a multinational mass media and entertainment company. She also built other successful products in the Legal Tech, AdTech, and health care spaces.
