Kim focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, governance, and general corporate matters. She works with companies in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, and consumer products.
While earning her JD, Kim had an externship in the New York office of a UK-based alternative investment management company, where she reviewed US and UK non-disclosure agreements related to potential credit and private equity deals. She also served as a law clerk to a cannabis law firm, assisting with licensing matters, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. In addition, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and a summer associate with an insurance defense litigation firm.
In law school, Kim served as an articles group editor for the Pace Law Review.
Before law school, Kim worked in sales for a software company and an online sportswear and footwear retailer.
