Lauren represents private companies and their owners in business transactions and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Mintz, Lauren was a corporate associate at a New York City law firm, where she gained significant experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. In this role, she negotiated a wide variety of transaction agreements, conducted due diligence, and handled company formation and ongoing corporate matters.  

Earlier, as a law clerk for a New York City bankruptcy boutique, Lauren assisted in the representation of debtors, creditors’ committees, administrative agents, and trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy filings.
