Paty focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including technology licensing agreements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters. She works with clients across a variety of industries, including technology and financial services.
Paty was a Summer Associate at Mintz after her first and second years of law school. In addition to gaining experience with licensing and technology arrangements and other corporate deals, Paty worked in the legal department of a firm client, one of the largest US broker-dealers.
While attending law school, Paty served on the board of the Latin American Law Student Association and as the executive managing editor of Boston College Law School’s Intellectual Property & Technology Forum Journal.
Prior to law school Paty worked for a boutique international law firm in Washington DC, where she assisted in preparing submissions to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and drafting documents concerning regulatory issues affecting international business.
