Robert oversees reporting on a broad spectrum of financial metrics related to clients, attorneys, areas of practice, offices, and the firm as a whole. Along with analyzing productivity and profitability, his team focuses on financial planning and forecasting, providing key support to the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Section Managers, Business Development Managers, and individual attorneys.

Robert has worked for Mintz for more than 15 years in several financial management roles. He has more than 25 years of experience with law firms and other professional services organizations, where he has served in a variety of capacities, including accounting manager, billing & collections manager, finance manager, senior financial analyst, and manager of budgeting & financial analysis.
