The Equity Advisory Council, a subcommittee of the firm's Policy Committee, leads efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. The mission of the Equity Advisory Council is to drive equity at the highest levels of the firm by focusing on business development, diverse pipelines for firm leadership positions, strategic external partnerships and other issues that influence the success of diverse attorneys at the firm.
