Mintz attorneys represented Greentech Media, Inc. in its sale to Verisk Analytics, Inc., a leading data analytics provider. Greentech Media is an industry-leading information services provider for the next-generation electricity and renewables sector.

Lisa Adams, Member of the Intellectual Property practice at Mintz, participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s TC 3600 and 3700 Customer Partnership Meeting.

Mintz was recently named the exclusive legal sponsor of AREA, a real estate technology venture accelerator program based in New York City. As a sponsor, the firm will offer in-kind legal services to real estate technology startup companies participating in the intensive three-month program.

Yale Law Women has named Mintz one of the nation’s Top-Ten Family Friendly Law Firms for 2016. The list recognizes the firm as a leader in developing and practicing family friendly policies. This is the sixth time that Yale Law Women has selected Mintz for this important recognition.
