Mintz has been recognized as one of the most active and high-performing law firms in the Patexia 2024 PTAB Intelligence Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of the best performing and most active attorneys and law firms.  

Mintz announced that it has been named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) 2024 “Most Admired Law Firms To Work For” list. LABJ selects firms that are “consciously working towards creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys,” according to the publication. 

Mintz was recognized in BTI Consulting’s 2025 Litigation Outlook as one of the most feared law firms for litigation. The firm was named amongst “The BTI Intimidating Opponents” — firms that legal decision makers say “stand out” as formidable opponents they would rather not litigate against. 

Thirteen Mintz attorneys have been named to Lawdragon’s 2025 “Leading Litigators in America.” The list honors the “best litigators the US has to offer – in antitrust, intellectual property, white collar and investigations, securities and corporate governance litigation, and a vast array of class actions, product liability and other complex civil litigation,” according to the publication. 

Mintz advised Voldex, a leading game developer, on a licensing agreement with the NFL for NFL Universe Football, Voldex’s football experience formerly known as Ultimate Football.

Mintz Member Esteban Morales was named a 2024 “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Recorder in its 2024 California Legal Awards. The award recognizes “the next generation of legal leaders under the age of 40.”
