Mintz Member and Co-chair of the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Practice Tyrone Thomas authored an article published by Bloomberg Law addressing the potential status of college athletes as employees in light of a recent memorandum from the Office of the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board and federal wage ruling.

Mintz’s Director of Well-Being Laureen Cappello co-authored an article published in the Boston Bar Association’s Boston Bar Journal on well-being in the legal profession.
