Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization is leading to a reexamination of the crime-fraud exception, an important exception to the attorney-client privilege. Member and Chair of Mintz’s ESG practice group, Jennifer B. Rubin and Associate Greer Clem co-authored an article published by Corporate Counsel in which they discuss the long-standing exception.

Mintz completed a deal as counsel to Med-Pharmex in its sale to British-owned veterinary products developer and manufacturer Dechra Pharmaceuticals. Through the sale, Dechra will gain further access and nearly 40 years of experience in the U.S. veterinary health market.
