Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

Mintz Member Jennifer B. Rubin authored a Bloomberg Law Insights column that examined the legal implications of a pandemic-created nomadic workforce, which continues to create complexities for employers because of state and local wage-and-hour laws and other regulations. Ms. Rubin’s article explained how organizations can get a handle on where their employees are working and why they need to do so.

Mintz Member and Chair of the firm’s Employment, Labor & Benefits Practice Michael Arnold was quoted in an article published by the Society for Human Resource Management’s HR Magazine that examined best practices to avoid liability for employers disciplining employees who lie about getting COVID-19 vaccinations.

Mintz was ranked by Modern Healthcare as one of the largest health care law firms in the country for 2021. As part of this recognition, Mintz was featured in a recent issue of Modern Healthcare alongside other top law firms to make the list, which was based on survey data pertaining to number of health care lawyers employed at the end of 2020.
