In an article published by the Financial Times, Mintz Member and Co-chair of the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Practice Tyrone Thomas discussed legal challenges related to the potential return of U.S. college sports this fall amidst the coronavirus pandemic, including the decentralization of the industry's administration, which will result in different implementations by sport and across conferences.
