Mintz Announces Record Member Growth in 2023
BOSTON – Mintz announces the election of 13 attorneys to Members, effective January 1, 2024. The firm also welcomed a record-setting 22 new lateral Members in 2023, including 11 Partners in its Toronto office which opened in March of this year.

Jeff’s practice includes advising both issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings of securities and other capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. Jeff also counsels clients in a broad range of industries on corporate governance matters and ongoing disclosure and compliance requirements under US securities laws, as well as the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
