Los Angeles Business Journal Names Joshua Briones and Arameh Z. O’Boyle Minority Leaders of Influence

O’Boyle have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) 2022 “Minority Leaders of Influence: Attorneys” list. The annual list recognizes minority lawyers in the Los Angeles region and their careers, practice, and successes they’ve achieved.
The deal will take public ProKidney, a leading clinical-stage cellular therapeutics company focused on chronic kidney disease, and is expected to provide up to $825 million in gross cash proceeds.
