Three Mintz members practicing in three different geographic areas have been recognized by Lawdragon in its 2024 “500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers” list. 

Mintz is pleased to announce that Member and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Division Michael Renaud and Members Matthew Galica, Frank Gerratana, Marguerite McConihe, Michael Newman, Adam Rizk, and James Wodarski have been named to the 2024 IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists list.

Seven Mintz attorneys were recognized in Benchmark Litigation’s 2024 “40 & Under List” which spotlights the “top emerging talent in litigation” who are 40 years old and under. The annual “40 & Under List” is compiled through peer and client review, as well as consideration of individual cases.

187 Mintz attorneys have been recognized by Best Lawyers® in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©. Notably, three Mintz attorneys received 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” awards, and 64 firm attorneys were included in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.

Mintz Member Randy Jones will be inducted into the National Bar Association’s “Fred David Gray Hall of Fame” at its 99th Annual Convention on July 18, 2024. The recognition honors lawyers who have made significant contributions to the cause of justice in the legal profession and have practiced for at least 40 years.

Mintz Member Esteban Morales has been recognized by Los Angeles Business Journal in its 2024 “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys” list which recognizes lawyers who “go to the proverbial mat to fight for their clients,” according to the publication.

A Mintz team led by Corporate Members Jim McKnight and Joe Ronca advised Altamira Technologies Corporation on its acquisition of Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc. This strategic acquisition expanded Altamira’s capabilities and national security customer portfolio, while winning “Deal of the Year” in the “Under $50 Million” category at ACG National Capital’s 22nd Annual Corporate Growth Awards.
